Talisha’s Triple Training programs are different because they are tailored to you. I provide in-dept workout routines that tell you which part of the body is being targeted. I help you target specific muscle fibers and help you break down broken habits in order to build healthy ones.
My Story
My name is Talisha Grier and I am the proud founder of Talisha’s Triple Training. I fell in love with sports and training at a very young age. My love began with Track and Field. I began running Track in 8th grade and ran all throughout High School. Throughout High School I began Weight Training, running, and training my body to be healthy and fit. After I graduated I chose to further pursue fitness. I am currently pursuing fitness training through College at Georgia Southern University. My goal is to be able to help others achieve their fitness goals without restrictions and discomfort. I began my fitness journey in the gym but left in order to find alternative movements for weight bearing exercises.

My Mission
My mission is to provide a safe place for people who want to grow mentally and physically through fitness. My website is here to provide a comfortable place for those who are not able to go to the gym or don’t feel welcome in the presents of a gym. I am here to welcome those who are afraid to step out of their comfort zone and to provide content to help make healthy changes to your life.
